I'm an experienced Homesteader, with firsthand knowledge of Solar Energy, Gardening, Canning, HAM Radio and other sustainable lifestyle skills.

I am also a real estate professional with over 20 years of customer care and business management experience.  I have lived on 4 continents, touched all 50 states, proudly served my country, including a stint working in the White House Communications Center.  I have a few stories to share.

I am based in Sandpoint, Idaho, where I live a self-sufficient, sustainable life on 10 acres.  I am involved in  gardening, solar energy, canning and freeze drying, while also enjoying communicating with my friends worldwide via HAM Radio.

I have found living in a smaller community allows the building of solid long term relationships and a strong supportive neighbor connection, whilst maintaining privacy and personal space.
